Promotional Materials

For this assignment, each piece of art had to be hand-drawn. The colors and florals are congruent with the event, a spring garden party-themed fashion show. The font I chose represents high fashion, elegance, and luxury. I chose black shoes and text to create contrast. Each of the designs are similar in color and design, to create a sense of familiarity with these promotional materials.

Branding and Identity Revamp

This was an assignment for a course, helping a nonprofit organization create promotional content. The thought process behind this specific design was to help showcase what the church looks like and who it is made up of, to encourage people to visit. The target audience for this assignment was the millennial generation. My research proved that millennials were a very anxious generation, so the goal was to provide as much information about the church and the people in it, to reduce any potential anxiety for first-time visitors. I chose pictures that showcased the building and the sign, to trigger familiarity from those in the community who may recognize the church, and I chose to showcase the community within the church to show the kinds of attire worn, and what to expect in a typical service. All of these elements combined with the scientifically proven ‘calming colors’: blue and green, aim to help the target audience feel comfortable visiting the church.

Rebrand Campaign

This assignment was a rebranding campaign for Dickies workwear. The target audience was earth-conscious Generation Z adults. The theme of the campaign showcases Dickies clothing as well-made fashionable street-style clothing, while supporting environmental efforts, as long-lasting clothing is more sustainable than fast fashion. This assignment required a social media post, a billboard design, and a mail coupon, as shown above.

Magazine Ad

Above is a magazine ad created for a course assignment. The assignment included creating a business idea, then creating promotional content.
